OPTIMISE your leadership is a multimedia and experiential programme which explores the requirements for outstanding, inspirational leadership. Participants will be introduced to the unique OPTIMISE model of leadership, with video presentations, exercises and discussions on what it takes to be an exceptional leader. It can be a one day workshop or a five day programme, dependent on your requirements.
